The Tales End is an Anthology of short stories, some from real life and some from the heart and mind of this author. Poems that have been borrowed and acknowledged from the actual persons plus two stories out of the mouths of babes – the author’s young grandchildren – written when they were very young. It was the author’s pleasure to repeat them in this publication. The stories themselves are pretty much self-explanatory. It is to be hoped that they give much pleasure in the reading.
“I absolutely love the way in which you have put your stories together. Your book feels like the written equivalent of a box full of heartfelt cards, letters and meaningful knickknacks collected over a lifetime and saved for those moments where we get to reflect on the important people and events in our lives. What a great concept.” ~ Deborah Fay Disruptive Publishing
“I’ve just read through your entire work – you have a beautiful way of saying so much with so few words!” ~ Sharon Hawthorne, The Hawthorne Collective
